The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The host was excellent, taking good care of us and resolving any concerns. The location was perfect, offering the best view of Porto. It was in a safe and quiet area, perfect for resting or exploring the town.
Being on a hill and experiencing rainy days made the apartment feel humid. There were also limited towels and blankets available, which could have been more convenient.

Location was just superb and rooms were reasonably spacious, it had absolutely stunning views. The breakfast was LARGE with everything you need; lots of coffee and tea etc.

my second stay in gaia exceeded expectations. my river place apartment provided stunning views, helpful and prompt service from the host, and all the necessary amenities and little touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. a perfect base for exploring porto.

The location of this apartment was perfect. It offered stunning views of the river and the old part of the city. the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. the host, Pedro, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us, suggesting the best sightseeing routes, great restaurants, and hidden gems to explore. His knowledge and enthusiasm made our stay even more enjoyable.
During our stay, there was some construction work happening in a nearby restaurant which caused some noise during the day. there was a noisy neighbor with a barking dog, although we were assured that the neighbor would be moving out soon.
